I’ve been preaching in prisons since 1977 in Graterford, PA. I attended Bob Jones University to earn my BA in Pastoral Studies and preached in a jail in Gastonia, North Carolina. I also spent time in Fulton County Jail in Atlanta, GA. I went to Capital Bible Seminary in Washington DC where I earned a Master of Divinity and helped plant a church. Upon graduation, I served in a pastoral residency in Westchester, IL outside of Chicago. From 1986-2006, I lived near Grand Rapids, MI serving as Senior Pastor at Byron Center Bible Church. I earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in 1995 from Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana. In 2006, I came to Fair Oaks, CA to serve as the Senior Pastor of Grace Bible Church. I’ve been involved with FUMI since shortly after coming to CA. The fruitfulness of FUMI compels deep commitment by all who get involved in it - God is at work!

Remember the prisoners, as though in prison with them, and those who are ill-treated, since you yourselves also are in the body.” - Hebrews 13:3
